Spring has sprung in our community and it is hard to fathom that I have been cooking with a Thermomix TM6 for almost a year now. In that time I have explored and discovered so many new, delicious recipes, techniques and styles of cooking while having the opportunity to cook and share along side other TM6 owners through my CookWeDo e-cooking community.
I used to live on the east coast and in Idaho we don't really have traditional bagel shops like the ones I frequented as a child. Most of our bagels are cooked up in grocery stores and I'm sorry but it just isn't the same .. it's more like a roll than a bagel.
I had been chatting with my cousin who lives in New Jersey and he was describing his favorite bagels to me from a shop in his neighorhood and it had me longing for that crispy, shiny crust and dense chew. I turned to my Cookidoo app and low and behold there was a very highly rated bagel waiting for me. Dare I make it? I decided to trust the process and take a leap of faith.
In just under 1 hour and 20 minutes start to finish I was eating my bagel, the one I had longed for just a few moments earlier, manifested to reality using pantry staples and simple techniques that were perfectly explained and executed through the dynamic duo of the Cookidoo app and the Thermomix TM6. It was delicous and perfectly cooked and I was shocked how good it looked and tasted.

One of the hings I've very much enjoyed in becoming a Thermomix consultant is the ability to support and inspire TM6 friends to get the most from their Thermomix investments and cooking experiences. I wanted to create for them something unique that supported them beyond their initial purchase with me so I tapped into a perk that I discovered when cooking with my very first customer who happened to be a dear friend who lived 434 miles away from me. The ability to cook together apart and in tandem through a video chat while creating a Cookidoo recipe together in our TM6s. So on a private Facebook group I assembled resources, guides, recipes and opportunities to grow a nice TM6 community which I call CookWeDo. And once I had enough customers I extended a CookWeDo remote cooking experience to my customers and they loved the idea.
Once a month we come together over a Google Meet session I create for about an hour to cook and taste a recipe together. It's optional whether to cook or just watch but having fun is a necessary ingredient and requirement. Step by step we take each Cookidoo step together from our own kitchens from the East to West Coast and even around the world. We've cooked many different things together but this afternoon we cooked and decorated a tasty batch of sugar cookies from a top rated Cookidoo recipe in just a little over an hour (start to finish). A holiday classic whether sharing with your family or gifting to friends or neighbors. They were a hit and as always the best ingredient was the time we shared together.
Food brings people together and cooking in our kitchens for those we care for and love creates special moments in a special place. I am honored during our CookWeDo meet ups that I am granted some time to do my best to present another delicous recipe to share. I love that technology and the TM6 affords us a way to leverage tech in a way that brings us close in a short time to laugh, learn, create, cook and connect.

Well it's official, I embraced the changing of seasons yesterday and purchased my first cup of pumpkin flavored anything for Fall 2023 which consisted of a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew from Starbucks. To be honest it was pretty delish and tasted like a combination of a bite of a creamy pumpkin pie while sipping coffee. The Starbucks barista explained the cold brew used to make this drink is limited based upon how it it made so I guess I'm lucky to get one. I highly recommend it if you are not yet ready for warm pumpkiny beverages. Have you wrapped your hands around a mug of any pumpkin spice coffee drinks yet?
Our trees and gardens have always been something I look forward to and enjoy each year so when it is time for mother nature to take down her decorations after enjoying them so much I get a little sad. But then I see the beautiful fall foliage, smell the leaves in the air and brisk kiss of cooler temps coming to Idaho and I am reminded I must embrace this mandatory change of season. We have four distinct seasons here in Idaho. So to sweater weather we must go ... eventually. And I'm finding the food I will be preparing will lean towards the heartier and cozier side of cooking.
It kicked off a with a delicious bowl of cream of mushroom soup that I found thanks to the Thermomix Cookido app and a rave review from one of my TM6 friends who said it was to die for and definitely worth making. He was right! It took 20 minutes from start to finish and it was the best mushroom soup I've ever had and I made it! Well WE made it...my Thermie and I. The fact I can find a recipe, click a few buttons and follow a few instructions and have FOOD still amazes me. I simply followed my TM6's lead and he did the mixing, chopping, simmering, cooking and blending for me (he's so thoughtful isn't he). The ingredient that took it next level for the mushroom soup was surprising .. a little bit of cream cheese (who knew)? Thermomix sure did!
So now that I have accepted the fact the greenery will soon fade away and leaf us (see what I did there) and the temps will gradually drop, I am inspired to flip through my Cookido recipes and find comfort and nurishment in comfort foods, healthy hearty meals and the culinary adventures my hubby and I will have in our first autumn together with our multi-cooker assistant Thermomix.

I have had a lot of fun crafting this website as well as the videos I film in our kitchen to demonstrate how diversified, efficient and effective cooking can become when you use the TM6 on a daily basis. Even though you can create recipes start to finish entirely from within your Thermomix mixing bowl, how well it works in conjunction with your air fryer, oven or BBQ is also a huge bonus. It extends your options, techniques and time while assisting you with developing meals, tastes and moments that are filled with flavor, satisfaction, and success. It is one of the best parts of owning a TM6 and it's something you don't really appreciate or realize until you have your own sitting on your kitchen counter.
People often have the misconception that the Thermomix is just a blender, a steamer, or a mixer or food processor. It is all those things plus an additional 20 stand alone functions. However, you don't just use those modes. You don't just use a TM6. You use these powerful modes in combination with one another to prep, build, cook and develop dishes and flavors using recipes procured and developed specifically for a fool proof guided cooking experience. That is what differentiates this machine from any other. The Cookidoo database is more than a collection of over 80K different recipes from around the world waiting for you to summon them to your TM6. It gives you the ability to scale serving sizes up or down, lists nutritional facts and helps you find healthy, savory, sweet, vegetarian and hearty options no matter what time of day or day of the week you face.
I am not an influencer by any means. I use an iPhone to video and photograph, I don't have special lighting or equipment to position or frame things just so. I am not a professional chef, I do not use luxurious equipment or ingredients. I have an ordinary kitchen with old Tupperware orange measuring spoons, a sugar bowl I discovered at the thrift store, mismatched appliances not all from the same manufacturer, potholders that are a bit frayed around the edges, and salt and pepper shakers in the shape of a crab and a seahorse gifted to me by a dear friend. I present my ideas and opinions on this page like we are in my kitchen together. Real people sharing ideas, great things, an amazing kitchen machine and good food. If you think that this machine is the wow factor you are mistaken. It is the fact that it can help you have FUN in the kitchen again, cook in new ways and come together with family and friends in person or across the country cooking together with a TM6. That is the magic of this device.
So as I expand upon the explanations, testimonials, videos and recipes I share on this page or in my videos, know I am doing so and first and foremost as a Thermomix owner, fan and fellow home cook. I share what I know, believe in and enjoy. And if that comes across on this page and website above everything else, as an authentic in my own words way and it makes you smile or helps you make an informed decision, then I've accomplished something!

My webpage has been live for 24 hours and the feedback I have received has been so positive which I really appreciate. Regardless of what becomes of this page if one person finds this site helpful it will have served its purpose.
There are zillions of recipes in the Cookido app and collections to provide guided cooking to a Thermomix machine. From healthy, to not so healthy, meal prep or treats, this machine contains an infinite path to possibilities. BUT one of my most favorite things to prepare in the TM6 is bread dough. It is so easy and takes such little time to get it from dough to go. Even the rising seems to be accomplished better with those fantastic little blades whizzing around and making easy work of working the dough into submission, building up the gluten and giving you fantasic results. The TM6 even cleans up after you've placed your dough in the bread pan with a little water and touch of soap.
Today I made a recipe for Tangzhong Milk Bread, a delish loaf that is almost a pull apart roll kind of consistency. It filled our kitchen with that aroma only baked bread can do; it will be accompanying our baked chicken this evening. I had never heard of this bread before but the technique is different; you start by pre-mixing and cooking part of the flour and milk to create a pre-cooked starchy gel. It leads to a really fluffy texture that has a real wow factor to it. Another example of how you can discover new ways to cook familiar things. You'll find the Tangzhong Milk Bread in the Cookido app. It's definitely Pam approved for it's simplicity, deliciousness and wow factor.

Thank you for visiting my website and for your interest in this amazing all in one multi-cooking device. I have been a Thermomix customer for approximately three months as I post this and a Thermomix Advisor for almost as long. I am so thankful to have found this cooking appliance during a visit to Cologne Germany where 1 in 7 households uses a Thermomix in their kitchen.
Having one of my own has been an incredible addition and journey which continues to take my cooking next level. The part I didn't expect to enjoy so much was joining up with my friends and family who also cook with their TM6 to cook up a recipe in realtime together no matter how far apart we may be. It is a 4D cooking experience like no other. It is a fact that food brings people together and this innovative device does this in a very unique and special way.
